The one college basketball game that I remember as the worst officiated game I ever saw was one we never were going to win and that was our first trip to Duke as a member of the ACC.

As you said the key to avoiding critical bad calls is to not put yourself in a situation where refs can decide the game. We had a TON of opportunities to win this past Saturday - how many one out of twos did JRob have at the FT line - and I am not blaming him for the loss in any way whatsoever - just pointing out an example of a missed opportunity.

I have always felt that those who blame refs for losses have a hard time accepting personal responsibility - plus they are cynical as all get out.
