It would fit in perfectly with VT drawing shoulda-been-5-seed Wisconsin last year, then playing by far the hardest schedule in 15-team-ACC history, then drawing the greatest 10 seed in any conference tournament's history ever (which would've been followed by playing the next 3 best teams, too – Duke, UNC/Miami winner, and UVA). I know we've somehow lucked out with injuries this year (save Outlaw), but the basketball gods found a different way to stick it to VT, as usual.
