It takes to do the job often comes huge egos. The human element of falling into being victim to momentum and trying not to hear the catcalls from home crowds feed into the inconsistency too.

95% of them are honestly trying their best but get caught up in flow of game, momentum, etc. there’s a few (that 5%) who are flat out crooked and/or just in it to be seen because of their vanity, and it does pay pretty well too if you manage your expenses and don’t try flying first class and staying in 4* hotels everywhere

$3000-3500 per game for 4/5 games week ain’t bad
