The outcome in bburg, i think we won that game. And yea i dont agree with that, however at some point the ref has to say enough. The great ref jim burr would tell coaches when they had reached his tolerance level that was enough and he cant do his job with them constantly in his ear. It ended at hat point because coaches knew what was coming next if they didn't stop.
And just to be clear, a warning from one official is the same as all 3. The coach is fair game at that point. It just needs to be enforced.
