Ahmed Hill played 11 minutes against ND... We know the reasons why he isn't starting and why his minutes dropped off the face of the earth. Not only was he challenged defensively (thought he isn't the only one), his shooting percentage dropped. But the premise I think has always been that - at some point - they are going to need Hill. He started to his some 3s.

So my thought or query - could he have played more in the second half when (a) everyone else was missing shot after shot after shot and (b) everyone we needed a spark even on defense given we were giving up points to ND. I know you look at the bench and think Hill isn't going to be the stopper but if those on the court are not stopping things?

Was the ND game the game that he might have helped? Helped change the pace, helped change the tone, helped on offense?

It is hard to see it in the moment ...seeing a 21-p slip when you think you could have done something.
