You don’t help your own cause by posing inflammatory and incorrect posts about these guys you don’t want to talk about. All it does is increase the conversation about them and make you look foolish.

But you also need to understand that not everyone lives on these boards or hangs on every post. It’s natural that a local kid like Mac or Beck bring attention. Heck, Mac even more so due to both his parents being Hokies and the national attention his highlights have gotten on Twitter and even ESPN.
