I agree, but I am willing set a very high price because


the money would be going to the school. I figure if VT received enough money, then renovating Cassell and Lane plus any new athletic structures in the future would become a moot issue. Also, it would give VT enough money to sponsor new sports (i.e. lacrosse, ice hockey, etc).
