That equates to suing car manufacturers because someone got killed driving over the speed limit. Or gun manufacturers because someone used their product illegally. The only blame lies with the users, the Dr's who wrote the script and the pharmacies that filled it. Otherwise you are saying the drug companies are liable for every single pill that goes over the counter. You can get high and die off of anti-diarrhea pills, is big pharma to blame if someone takes 300x the recommended dose and kicks it?
