How do you blame doctors if a person is doctor shopping. There is


no universal record on people so the one doctor has to rely on the patient to tell the truth about any other doctors they see or any meds they are on. Yes I am sure there are crook doctors out there that do unethical things but you can't blame the docs that are just trying to treat a patient.
