I'll believe the lawsuits aren't being filed for the money, when someone


shows me that the lawyers working on them are working pro bono.

The original question wasn't whether something was right or wrong, it was why lawsuits are being filed against manufacturers. I don't think the suits would have been filed if there were no financial reward to be gained.
