In all seriousness!! I want VT players to be drafted!

I was wondering about draft numbers, though.

Very small window into the overall picture, but over 3500 potential players every year, roughly 350 reviewed through the Combine, and roughly 250 drafted.

I think an NFL farm system outside of the college system would only make the draft that much more risky. While Edmunds I think is still only 19, he has had significant life guidance from brothers, coaches, older players. I don’t see that happening with 17-18 year olds attempting to play professionally from the time they graduate HS.
