Actually, baseball has an out, IIRC, if a guy goes JUCO, he can go after 2. Not sure, but I think that may be the case.

A thing the NCAA should do is let them declare, and if they don't like the draft position, is come back. Same for football. Baseball works that way. NCAA is full of inconsistencies, but that isn't exactly breaking news.

Bottom line is, the ball is in the NBA's court for hoops.
