Is it just me but does JJ look sturdier this year vs. last? He actually


weighs less but he looks more muscular and like he did some good work in the weight room. I can't help but wonder if part of why he got beat up towards the end of the year was S&C related. Obviously crappy OLINE once Nijman went down, played a huge role.
