Its simple as that. Until we start landing some big time players on a regular basis we are a 7-9 win team with maybe an occasional 10 win year IMHO. The ACC is far better than it was when we were winning it and we are recruiting roughly on the same scale we were then. I agree recruiting has been on an uptick the past two years but we are not where we need to be to compete with the big boys.
