By the numbers you present, I'd say 5-11 186 is on the smaller size. It seems at Tech that backs under 200 lbs have never fared that well.

To add other numbers, David Wilson was 5'9" 205 lb with a 4.49 forty. Wilson had vision, and lateral speed, which I'd maintain separates good from great backs.
