I believe that most if not all all of the above mentioned schools have

stadiums in the 80,000+ range as opposed to our 67,000 seats. That's a lot more ticket revenue.
Also, most are in the SEC except Tx, Clemson, and Mich,
Its a known fact that Tx. has oil money up the kazoo.
Mich. has a bunch of money, but may not have as much after the lady athletes get done with them.
Clemson is really pulling in the bucks since the National Champ. Dabo makes about twice as much as Coach Fu. We probably don't have the money to pay Bud 1.5 to 1.8 mil. Which would also require that we pay coach Fu a lot more as well.
But I do think Bud is grossly underpaid and that VT could pay him more.

BTW, I would love to be paid 960K to live in Blacksburg, wouldn't you ???
