Trademark rights can be, but TSL owners probably stopped using which means


they enter the public domain. Ironically, the new users may gain rights to block TSL from using.

Copyrights are time-limited and probably are not relevant here. Trademarks and domain names are what matters to sites like TSL, unless someone is lifting their paid content and reposting.
