Uh no. There is no Honor Court.

There is an Honer System Code. If there is a reported violation, then a Student Investigator is assigned the case. After investigation, he/she files their report to a Student/Faculty Panel. The Panel can do the following:

1) Find the accusee innocent
2) Work with the Prof/Univ. to lower the final grade
3) Work with th Prof/Univ. to assign an F for the course
4) Recommend suspension from the Univ.
5) Recommend Expulsion from the Univ.
6) In severe cases, recommend that a degree be revoked.

The Honor System cannot assign community service as a punishment. That is not in their charter. The student may later negotiate a punishment in lieu of suspension with Provost Office, but that is handled outside of the Honor System.
