Your biggest point here is this:

"The experience of watching a game is far superior at home, except for the emotion."

My voice doesn't matter much here. VTAD has always catered to VA residents. But even for them, the lure of a superior HDTV experience in their own home theater will win out more and more with these type of games.

In time I think ADs will be forced to schedule OOS P5 home and homes to sell tix.
