They have more money than we do, yet that money cannot buy a top notch coach because that job has become a coach-killer.

The pool of candidates that would be willing to coach there that also possess the ability to dig that program out of the quagmire is EXTREMELY small.

I think they would have to drop a number on a super-star coach so obscene that it would seriously conflict with their culture, which ultimately is the reason for their struggles. They would need to make a hire similar to SCar's hire of Lou Holtz a while back. It would have to be something like that.

They've backed their way into becoming Duke.
