To be fair, we'd be saying the same if the roles were reversed.


This whole situation was absolutely not a good look. We're never going to know exactly what happened in all likelihood. I trust that JJ was treated like any other student but if it comes out that he was not, whoever was responsible for the special treatment should face serious consequences including potential dismissal from their employment from the university.

Ultimately, this should have been kept quiet until something was known. but that would be a bit much to expect. But if it was found that JJ was cleared of wrong doing or that his wrongdoing did not justify expulsion/suspension, then he shouldn't have to face higher consequences just because of trying to ensure we look good.
