I say this because this is football. He is going to get dinged up. Doesn't do us any good if it affects his play as dramatically as it did this year. He won't have the same dings this season, but he will definitely have dings. I don't think Fuente and Corny should run him as much this year, I don't think JJ is built for it. I am not saying he is delicate...but...everyone has a different level of durability.

With that said...probably a moot point. I fully expect Jalen Holston or Deshaun Mcleese to emerge this year as very solid, very capable RBs that will be just what this offense needs to be balanced in the way that Fuente wants. I think we are selling them short. We don't have a Kevin Jones or David Wilson. But I think we have more in the cupboard than we think. These kids are better than what Shane Beamer had to work with IMO, and that includes Peoples as well. As fans its hard for us to see that sometimes, its not like coaches will say it. Unless you are Bronco Mendenhall :), then you would be like yeah...none of my RBs would start for any other ACC school. Sorry...couldn't resist.
