except during the Vick days. There are very few 5 star QBs, and 4 star QBs are also more often than not attracted to top tier programs with a history of high octane offenses.

We appear to headed that direction, WITH (hopefully) a high octane Defense to go along with it.

I don't know that JJ won't end up being great! QP may end up being incredible,,,but neither is "there" today, Chicken and egg syndrome IMHO. And finally,,,without top talent at WR,OL, RB, etc. on the same team (which we are also progressing toward but not "there" yet), not many top QB's are going to "flock" to VT or anywhere else.
