Not a huge deal, just an interesting lawsuit about a Twitter account.

Initially I thought this was stupid and they should just let the guy keep his Twitter account. But then I read the details that he actually took over the account from Kyle Tucker, signed something acknowledging the account was owned by the company, and then promoted his new employer using the account. So now this seems pretty straightforward to me that he needs to turn it over.
