I understand that there is a natural dislike towards WVU but if Grier isn't

a first round pick it won't be because of where he is playing his college ball and who his team mates are. Just look at this list and tell me that these first round pick quarterbacks played teams on here had more talent than West Virginia does this year:

2018 Josh Allen - Wyoming
2017 - Patrick Mahoems - Texas Tech
2016 - Jared Goff - Cal/Carson Wentz - NDSU/Paxton Lynch - Memphis
2014 - Blake Bortles - UCF

If Grier isn't a first round pick it'll be because NFL scouts don't think he has the talent not because he's playing in Morgantown in a Power 5 conference on national TV several times a year.
