Please post a link to the lawsuit or court filing. I only saw and responded
to the RTD article. For that reason, I acknowledged that we were all guessing bc we didn’t have actual factual info, like an employment agreement. I used common sense in guessing though, given that many employee agreements are generally boiler plate copies, and twitter / social media was pretty new in 2011 when Bitter was hired, so it wouldn’t be surprising if RT didn’t think to clarify RT ownership of the property upon his ending his employment there.
We will both find out eventually. Did you actually see the lawsuit? That would obviously eliminate a lot of guessing. I didn’t think courts posted lawsuits if they were not resolved. You may know better though. Thanks for looking it up!
