It's just a parking lot where RV's can park, 5 hours ahead of time on game day. It's a lot of fun pulling a travel trailer through Hampton Roads traffic, compounded by gameday traffic just to park for the day and have to leave after the game is over.

Of course, UM is the same way. Game day parking only for RV's. I'm not sure the point if an RV is used like a car.
