In 2016, NC State's OCC schedule: W&M, ECU, ODU and Notre Dame. They beat ND in the hurricane game (same day we won in Chapel Hill) but lost to ECU. It's no wonder the Wolfpack is reluctant to schedule ECU (although they do have games scheduled for 2019 and 2022); ECU has won the last 3 meetings and 9 out of the last 14.
