If safety is everyone's primary concern, why cancel the game? Keeping the game on is the safe move. How did canceling the game - or more accurately refusing to travel to Blacksburg improve their safety? How would coming here have compromised them in any way? If a person cannot explain to me how it is that coming to play the game would have put them at risk in any way, then that person cannot tell me that I'm being insensitive to their safety by disagreeing with their decision.
