Sounds contradictory aye?

Let me explain..
I think VT players are the recipients of Top caliber coaching and development.
Since our recruiting is slightly less than typical college powerhouses, combined with our success over last 2 decades, essentially what this boils down to is this.
VT Teams / Players typically OVERACHIEVE in games to be successful.
However, knowing that our teams / players show up for games and over-achieve, makes them more succeptable to Let-Downs when things are not the way they should be.
And that's perhaps why Losses Like ODU are an indicator that we have a great coaching staff.
