On the contrary it helped us IMO stay IN games vs much better teams


With the exception of Clemson...
We lost in last minute to FSU in 2012, OT to Coastal champ UNC in 2015, led #1 OSU 17-14 at half before Brewer got hurt

So, there’s also an argument that we’re a very tough out vs the higher ranked teams too
