We are a team that has a lot of physical ability, but as any football fans knows the mental aspect of the game is just as important. It came together for us at Duke. It didn’t at ODU. It came together fairly well for a half against Notre Dame. A team that has a real good chance to run the table. Saying that we suck is an emotional cop out. This team in the moments they’re succeeding are doing more with less than I’ve seen teams do in years. Legit down 9 starters on defense with our early departures. That’s absolutely mind blowing. There’s a lot of football left to play and I really believe there are some really good things we are going to find out about this team in the coming weeks.
