The world is officially ending after losing a game we weren't supposed to

win, CNN told me. I'm disappointed that we couldn't pull it off, but ND is a possible CFP contender. I understand an argument for ODU (the big question mark this season), but Notre Dame was a better team on every level. I truly believe, as well, that LaRussa played unlike any quarterback we will see in the next 15 or so years. He played lights out, and even Ian Book and ND couldn't match his performance with their massive WR/TEs. Yes, I'm aware Book missed a couple open deep shots, but even with those completed, I don't think he could've racked as many yards as LaRussa. We will continue to get bullied this year by a WR that outmatch us in size, just take a look at UNC's WRs:

1.) Rontavius Groves (5'11)
2.) Austyn Chestnut (5'9)
3.) Gray Goodwyn (5'8)
4.) Antoine Greene (6'3)
5.) Anthony Ratliffe Williams (6'1) *
6.) Dazz Newsome (5'11) *
7.) Beau Corrales (6'4) *
8.) Roscoe Johnson (6'1)
9.) Thomas Jackson (5'11) *

* starters

I don't think there will be a team this year where our DBs have an advantage on size.
What will make the difference is quarterback play and running backs, and I believe our offense is better. To me, our offense will make all the difference.
We could move the ball against ND and Duke, two pretty good defenses. I have faith it'll be another blowout in Chapel Hill (also Hurricane Michael is nearby on Thursday. Should give us an unprecedented motivation to win on Saturday).
