That's not THE point. That's YOUR point.
I would argue that most of the truly great QBs aren't taking wild risks. Sure, Brett Favre did. But Brady, Manning, Brees, etc. Those guys are so mentally sharp and such quick and efficient decision-makers and so accurate with the football that they aren't "gambling" with the ball very much.
My point is that the risk-taking is going to cost us a game as well. I'm not really sure why so many people are getting their panties in a wad over this. I'm excited about Willis at QB. I think it's going to make for a much more exciting season and brand of football. But I also expect the turnovers to start showing up in bunches as more film gets out on the kid. IIWII.
