Watched it frame by frame- he either hit him near the back of his shoulder


(block) or grabbed his arm (hold). The close camera shot is from the opposite side. The hit is violent enough to knock #7 from his trajectory, because he’s going the direction of Willis one min, and then he’s going perpendicular to that direction (down).
