Outlaw has a great shot...and he got it going for sure, but what else does he do? Can he put it on the floor? Stats say no (film says no as well, but still). Defensively he is below average, at best, on the ball. Away from the ball, there are at least 250 people in the crowd at any given time who could do better.

So yes, Outlaw is excellent at 50% of 50% of the game...
