The story we've all been told a million times by now: Fuente was this offensive guru and QB whisperer. His teams put up tons of yards and points. Once paired with Bud's vaunted defense, we'd be unstoppable. Boy, has THAT not turned out to be true.

Here we are, almost at the end of Year 3 of Fuente, and the offense is a bush league shambles. The defense is terribly young and playing their hearts out, so I'll give them a pass. But the offense had several returning OL starters, many returning WRs, and all RBs back. What gives?

Starting to fear that Fuente & Co. just racked up points against many horrible American Conference defenses, and are now unable to figure it out, once they stepped into the big time in the ACC. Other teams (well, pretty much every team, including the likes of ODU) appear to have figured us out, and we have no answer. This is very disturbing.
