He is a VT QB, did you see what happened to JJ this year


or many other "starting" QB's in college ball this year. Just because he is not starting does not mean he does not play or never starts. You need more than one QB on the roster.

Will he transfer, with the new transfer rules he can and who knows what he decides. To me it would be a very short sighted decision.
