the perfect storm was this year.this is not normal.

Sorry, I don't panic for one year issues, all those youngsters playing this year are getting valuable game playing time and will be better in the future years. We are not doomed, just having a bad year.

You have not explained how you would manage our team better. I am very interested to hear how you would do it, please elaborate.
