It is easier for a bball team to buy into the system

because a coach only has to sell it to 13-15 players instead of 85-110 (including walk ons) players in football. What percentage of players do you think have bought into the system this year? WRT to the leadership (or lack of leadership) on the roster this year, do you think it is a case where the JRs/SRs are not stepping up to become the leaders or the younger players are not respecting the leadership role for the JRs/SRs who have tried to step up and fill the leadership role?

Then again, it may not be just JRs and SRs stepping up to try to fill the role. If a FR or SO has been named a starter and he is mature enough, then I don't know see why he couldn't assume a leadership role. At least I am assuming that JJ was considered to be a leader last season and at the beginning of this season.
