What can a team outside the power 5 do to get in the playoff?


It's not like they turned down an offer to join the SEC. They can't control the conference slate. If they try to schedule UF or FSU, the offer is likely 2-for-1, or nothing at all. It's a catch-22 for them. Power schools get to criticize them for a weak schedule while preventing them from strengthening it.
