relationship with the older coaches in North Carolina, which also is where most of the good players in that state tend to play. My hunch is that he will also hire a quality staff and delegate a lot to them. Clearly not a long term solution and if he hires a OC or DC that can take over once he is gone then negative recruiting won't be used against him. I think it really speaks to us getting our house in order, with in state recruiting because we can't rely on us raiding the talent in NC to make up for issues we have in state.
