Charlotte has hired a few HCs who haven't proven their worth. As the biggest school in the UNC system Charlotte deserves a good football team and can now progress to where they should be. Could be the next UCF program if they play their cards right and retain their new HC. He may very well bring his JMU staff with him and produce success quickly.
