they have hired an AD yet. Guy from Southern Miss was rumored a week or so back but, nothing concrete yet as far as I know. Compher, the former AD, was a POS and their "consultant" Dave Hart is slimy and milking ECU along with his buddy the chancellor during this process. All the guys responsible for this ECU train wreck have either jumped ship(Compher) with the money they could get or are trying to jump ship with golden parachutes or milking the cash train until it runs dry. A retread like Butch Jones can probably risk taking that job because he isn't getting hired anywhere else. Guys hoping to move up and already in solid situations/demand(Houston, Beamer, etc.) would be wise to turn and run away as fast as they can. Until ECU gets its leadership mess(Trustees, President, AD) sorted out their is much more risk than reward to being associated with that program. Hopefully VT can remove itself from the ECU entanglement as well.
