Virginia Tech owes a big thank you to Marshall University for agreeing to a 12th game and eventually allowing our bowl streak to continue. Marshall may very well have been the school we had to schedule the 12th game.

Having the longest bowl streak in the country is a great recruiting tool and a big feather in our hat.

I hope our administration properly or will properly thank Marshall for helping us out.
