QB is at the moment and not potential. So, if Willis keeps growing, he will win the job. But if JJ is the more sure bet in the Fall/19 as far as running the offense, he will go that direction. What I don't know and would love to know is if Willis is leaving plays on the table. That is the thing nobody knows but coaches, because we don't know what was called etc...
