schedule and - presumably - has performed well (otherwise either he would be academically on probation, either in school or out). If he has performed well and his academic standing and progress to get his degree is on track, isn't that the point?? The NCAA wants student-athletes to graduate -- if all is well on that front, then it seems keeping Nolley from playing is arbitrarily punitive...
