Most people thought this would be his last year. His son is a senior University High in Morgantown. We thought he would either have a good year and get a higher profile job or have a bad year and get fired. WVU had no interest in retaining him. Next year is going to suck no matter who the coach is. Dana is a good offensive coordinator but very average head coach. I wish him well. He kept a home in Houston and I believe his ex wife and younger daughter(s) are there. No reason for him to stay in Morgantown and no reason for WVU to keep him. Win/win for both parties.
