Nolley playing should not be an NCAA function, period.


If having non courses to keep athletes eligilible is not an NCAA function, since it's an academic situation at UNCheat, then why the hell is the NCAA interfering with VT's decision to admit Nolley based on his high school academic record and his ACT.
