live stream on theACC.com" Does anyone know if the online live stream is subject to local blackout and/or requires a cable/sat subscription that would include the local affiliate?

I cut cable and in Richmond, the affiliate is WUPV / WB, which is possible to get over-air but living in the south side the tower is pretty far so the feed will cut in and out.
